500 mg calcium
1000 IU vitamin D

After 2-3 hours


1 scoop whey in water L-glutamine 5 gm

200 gm chicken breast 1 teaspoon isabgol in water
3 200 gm boiled white rice
Unlimited veggies
1 and a half teaspoon olive oil

After 2-3 hours


250 gm chicken breast 1 teaspoon isabgol in water

Magnesium 200 mg
During workout

5 200 gm boiled white rice 5 gm fish oil capsule
