Corporate social responsibility isa siyang business model by which a companies

make an effort para mag operate in a way na makakatulong sa society and sa


environment.

ito din yung mga companies na socially responsible. accountable sila sa mga
ginagawa nila within the organization. so yung mga companies na nag aadopt or nag
iimplement ng scr is typically sila yung mga large or successful companies wherein
naghahanap sila or nag iisip sila ng mga strategy kung paano sila mag gigive back to
society. so the more visible or successful the company is, the more responsibility na
kailangan nila iset na standarads for ethical behavior sa mga kasamahan nila,
competitors and industry itself.

dinesign yung corporate social responsibility para ma meet yung specific goals related
to ethics, sustainability and social impacct. and if ma execute ng maayos pwede to
maenhance kung pano maview yung kanilang business.

so why is csr important?

mahalaga yung corporate social responsibility because it enables to take positive


action in the name of the business. mahalaga din siya in todays world dahil yung
social responsibility is a number one priority para sa mga existing and potential
employees and customers and as well as sa community.

nakakatulong din yung csr para ma improve yung various aspect ng society natin as
well as para mapromote na din yung mga brand image ng mga companies.

1. ENVIRONMENT CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
alam naman natin na mahalaga ang pagkakaroon ng pangangalaga sa environment
natin . kaya sa environment responsibility is nakapapaloob dito yung commitment ng
isang organization para nga masustain yung mga environmentally friendy operations
withiin their business operations.

ibig sabihin lang is kailangan ng mga company na to na mareduce yung pollution,


waste, natural resources consumption and carbon footpprint or greenhouse gas
emission para nga preserve yung mga sustainable resources gaya na nga lang ng pag
avoid ng mhga single use plastic such as sachet, plastic bag etc. so para nga ma obtain
ng mga gumagamit ng corporate social responsibility in terms of environment is
kailangan nila isipin kung ano ano nga bang environmental aspects ang matatamaan
nila kapag nagkaroon sila ng mga operations.

2. Ethical/ human rights responsibility

ito yung mga companies na nagaapply ng ethical responsibilities within their


organization. meron silang commitment to operate their businesss in an ethical
manner. nagpapalaganap sila ng human rights principle katulad na lang ng fair
treatment sa lahat ng stake holders, fair trade practices and lastly, yung pasahod.
kailangang pantay pantay depende sa trabahong ginagawa.

so para nga mas magkaroon ng ethical responsibility ang isang business, is nag speak
up sila about sa mga human rights injustices katulad na lang ng child labor, alam
naman natin na maraming kabataan ngayon na nagtatrabaho na at such young age,
racial or gender discrimination. talamak yan, and i know lahhat naman alam about sa
issues na hindi pagkapantay pantay ng tingin ng tao, at nagkakaroon pa ng
discrimination, kailangan is may roong fair treatment sa mahat ng customers
regardless of age, race, culture or sexual orientation. and lastly nilalaban din nila yung
pag taas ng sahod ng mga empleyado. kailangan may positive treatment sa lahat ng
employees inclding yung favorable oay and yung mga benefits na dapat matanggap ng
mga emplyees.
3. Philanthropic corporate responsibility

Yung philanthropic responsibility is nagrereferr siya sa aims, goals, and objectives ng


isang corporation para mas magkaroon ng better society as a whole. so one huge
aspects ng isang corporate philantrophy is magdonate ng money galing sa companies
earnings para matulungan yung local community sa pamamagitan ng paggawa ng
trust or foundation.

one of the example for philanthropic corporate is the Natwest giving tuesday
campaign. so yung natwest group employees is kasama sa campaign na to para mag
bigay ng boses nila, oras nad magdonate ng money to a good cause.

4. Economic corporate responsibility


nagrerefers siya sa practices of making a financial decisions based on a commitment
to doing good.

Sooo ano nga ba yung mga benefits na pagkakaroon ng corporate social


responsibility

syempre, yung mga companies, hindi lang sila nagiging socially responsible para lang
magkaroon ng ethical requirement. syempre maraming benefits ang pagkakaroon ng
scr na nakakatulong din para mag grow yung kanilang business.

mga nagiging impavts ng mga companies in the community, and karamihan sa kanila
is nagbeased na yung purchasing decision nila in terms sa csr aapects ng isang
business. so if ang company is mas engage sa csr, it is more likely na magkaroon ng
favorable brand recognition.
