“Full English Breakfast” England

“English Breakfast”

The traditional "English Breakfast" dates

back to the XIII century and is associated
with an English social class of that time,
the class known as "Gentry"
A great virtue that the "Gentry" had was
their hospitality and the best way to
demonstrate is at breakfast. This was how
the custom of "English Breakfast" in
England was adopted.

English breakfast includes fried or scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, toasted bread, and
butter. Some variations include roasted tomatoes and fungi, fried potatoes, baked beans,
and scallops.
In the first place, we start adding oil to a pan and fry the sausages. Over medium heat
and cook them between 8 and 10 minutes.
The Bacon does not need much, but as we seek crispy at least two minutes on each side
or three.
Then we wash and cut the tomatoes in slices of about 2 cm, sprinkle salt, and fry the
tomatoes for about 6 minutes on each side until they come to caramelize.
The eggs are done the latter, you can choose the way you like.
Serve on the plate the sausages, the bacon, the tomatoes, and the egg accompanied by
roasted bread. To drink would be coffee and orange juice.
