The undersigned is a third-year college student in Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences and
Technology (KCAST), Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte, taking up Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration Major in Financial Management and currently enrolled in Entrepreneurial Management-
Elective 102. Presently, the group of the undersigned is conducting marketing research for their
business plan entitled, “COLD BITES ICE CREAM PARLOR”, as part of the final requirement for the
course completion.

In connection, the team of researchers would like to ask permission to conduct the said research study
in the Municipality of Asuncion of which the participants are the employees and students of Asuncion.
Face-to-face survey will be conducted to collect the data for the study while following the set
government health protocols and restrictions upon conduct.
