Greetings of Peace!
Please allow us to extend our respectful greetings as we write to humbly request your
permission for our research group to conduct a survey as part of our quantitative research subject,
"Inquiries, Investigation, and Immersion." Recently, we passed the proposal defense for our
research study entitled "Parental Involvement and Student Engagement of Grade 11 Students in
Manuel B. Guiñez Senior National High School."
We, the undersigned Grade 12 Descartes and Pythagoras students, choose to conduct
this survey among Grade 11 students. We understand that this endeavor requires your approval,
and we assure you that we will take great care to avoid any disruptions to the regular classes. We
will coordinate with the advisers or subject teachers and follow their guidance on scheduling and
other pertinent matters.
Rest assured that we will uphold the confidentiality of all data collected throughout the
duration of the study. Any information gathered will be used solely for research purposes, and we
will take all measures to ensure the privacy of the respondents.
We respectfully request your permission to proceed to the next phase of our study, which
involves conducting the survey among Grade 11 sections. We believe that your guidance and
support are invaluable to us in achieving our research objectives, and we are grateful for any
