This document summarizes a final midwifery project report on providing care to Mrs. S who was G2P1A0 with anemia. The care was provided from 35 weeks of gestation through 6 weeks postpartum at the Kedaung Community Health Centers in Depok City, Indonesia from February to April 2020. Mrs. S was given sulfas ferrous tablets and nutrition education to treat her anemia during pregnancy. She had a normal labor and recovery. Her baby was born spontaneously and initiated breastfeeding within 30 minutes without issues. Comprehensive midwifery care was successfully provided to Mrs. S and her newborn throughout their care despite the Covid-19 pandemic situation.

Sustainable care is a form of client-oriented care with an integrated service mechanism,
aims to improve the degree of health of the mother and baby optimally with early detection of complications such as anemia. Anemia in pregnancy contributes indirectly to 23% of maternal deaths in developing countries. The purpose of writing this final report is to provide comprehensive midwifery care on Mrs. S G2P1A0 in Kedaung community health centers Depok City. This final project uses a case study method with a subject is Mrs. S which is carried out starting from 35 weeks of gestation until 6 weeks of post partum periode along with newborns until the age of 28 days, in Kedaung Community Health Centers of Depok Held in February to April 2020. Data collection in the form of primary data and secondary data. Mrs. S has anemia during pregnancy, but can be overcome by administering sulfas ferosus tablet 2 x 60 mg daily and giving nutrition education and counseling. Labor is being normal, the mother does not experience perineal laceration. The puerperium periode was normal. High Uterine Fundus at the 6 day postpartum visit experienced a slight delay but was not accompanied by other signs of sub involution. This was overcome by giving information, education and counseling regarding the adequacy of rest, mobilization and physical activity.At 2 weeks postpartum periode, high uterine fundus has not palpable. And at 6 weeks, mom has using 3 months injection contraception.Baby Mrs. S is born spontaneously with no abnormalities, early breastfeeding initiation is successful in the first 30 minutes of a newborn baby.Care on 28 day is done by online and mom had reminded about the importance of immunization by observing the Covid-19 preventive safety protocol. Comprehensive midwifery care of Mrs. S has been succesfully carried out from pregnancy to the puerperium even in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Midwives give importance information, education and counseling of having a pregnancy check up since the early trimester of pregnancy.
