Plus+ and Tribal Sub Plan Mandals.
5. Jagananna Ammavodi 1. It provides poor mothers (or recognized
guardian in the absence of mother)
₹15,000/- per annum for sending their
children to school. (Covers children
studying in Class 1st to 12th).
2. The eligible mothers/guardians will be
sanctioned ₹ 14000/- which will be
deposited directly into the beneficiaries’
savings account of the Nationalized Bank /
Post Office in January every year until the
child passes Class 12th.
3. An amount of ₹ 1000/- from each
beneficiary shall be deducted at the source
and released to School/College Committee
as District Toilet Maintenance Fund
(DTMF) under the control of the District
Collector.
6. Mana Badi-Nadu Nedu For modernization and transformation of
schools by providing basic infrastructure
with 9 components- Toilets with running
water, Drinking water supply, major and
minor works, electrification with fans and
tube lights, painting, furniture for students
and staff, green chalk boards, English labs,
Compound wall & kitchen sheds.

7. Jagananna Vidya Kanuka To improve attendance and enhance the


learning outcomes of government school
going children, the government provides
teaching-learning material in form of
student kits, consisting of uniforms (3
pairs), a pair of shoes, two pair of socks,
school belt, school bag , dictionary and text
books to students studying in classes I to
X.
8. Jagananna Vidya Deevana It provides full fee reimbursement to all
eligible students belonging to
SC/ST/BC/EBC (other than Kapu)/
Kapu/Minority and Differently abled
categories studying Polytechnic, ITI,
Engineering, Medical, degree and higher
courses.
9. Jagananna Vasathi Deevana Aimed to provide food and hostel expenses
to every eligible student belonging to
SC/ST/BC/EBC (other than Kapu)/
Kapu/Minority and Differently abled
categories. (Rs. 10,000/- per person to ITI
students, Rs. 15,000/- per person to
Polytechnic students, Rs. 20,000/- per
person to Degree and higher courses)
10. Jagananna Videshi Vidya 1. Introduced in July 2022 to provide
Deevena financial assistance to eligible students
belonging to SC/ST/BC/EBC including
Kapu and Minority communities to pursue
PG, PhD and MBBS courses for the
academic year 2023-24 in any of the 21
broad category of subjects in top 50
institutions/Universities as per latest QS
and Time Higher Education World
Rankings 2023.
2. State government is reimbursing fees up
to 1.25 crore to SC,ST,BC and Minority
students and 1 crore to other students
including airfare and visa charges.
Eligibility:
1. One candidate per family is eligible
2. Maximum age should not exceed 35
years as on date of publication of
notification
3. Family income shall not exceed 8 lakh
per annum
4. Candidates should be native of Andhra
Pradesh
5.Candidates who availed similar schemes
from State Government or Government of
India are not eligible.
6. Qualification: Minimum 60 % marks or
equivalent grade
11. Jagananna Civil Services Launched in 2023 to provide financial
Protsahakam assistance as cash incentive to aspirants
from socially, educationally and
economically weaker/backward sections of
Andhra Pradesh who qualified Prelims and
Mains of Civil Services Examination
conducted by UPSC for an amount of 1
lakh and 50,000 rupees respectively in
order to increase the representation of A.P.
in Civil Services.
12. Aadudham Andhra (Tagline: Andhra Pradesh’s first ever state wide
‘Idhi Andhari Aata’) sports tournament to be conducted from
26th December 2023- 10th February 2024.
(Officially launched on November 27, 2023)

2. Open to all individuals aged 15 and


above it features competitive and non-
competitive sports across 5 levels.

a) Competitive sports include Cricket,


Volley Ball, Badminton, Kabaddi and Kho-
Kho.
b) Non- competitive sports include 2k/3k
Marathon run, Yoga, Tennikoit and any
other game as demanded by the public.

3. Mascot: Kittu- The Blackbuck


Krishna Jinka, KITTU's natural attributes
beautifully converge to form a
representative avatar that symbolizes the
essence of Aadudam Andhra and the state
of Andhra Pradesh. It embodies the spirit of
agility, speed, and grace, mirroring the
remarkable qualities seen in every
participant from Aadudam Andhra.
13. YSR Law Nestham To support newly graduated lawyers during
the initial period of their careers, a stipend
of Rs.5,000 per month is provided to junior
lawyers under this scheme.

2. According to AP Budget 2023-24,
Jagananna Paala Velluva has been
implemented in 17 districts covering 2.52
lakh women dairy farmers. About 561 lakh
litres of milk was procured and an amount
of about Rs.250 crore was paid to the
dairy farmers directly to their bank
accounts by eliminating middlemen.
Farmers are getting a better price than
what they were getting earlier which
ranges from Rs.5 to Rs.20 per litre based
on the quality of milk.
2. YSR Aasara To waive the outstanding bank loan as on
11-04-2019 of rural and urban poor
women Self Help Groups in 4 instalments.
An amount of Rs.19,137 crores has been
waived in 3 instalments by way of
reimbursement to about 78.74 lakh SHG
women in both rural and urban areas.
3. YSR Sunna Vaddi scheme To promote a culture of timely repayment
and also reduce the interest burden on
SHGs for all outstanding bank loans up to
Rs.3 lakh
4. YSR Cheyutha Under this scheme, AP government is
providing an assistance of Rs.75,000 over
four years i.e., Rs.18,750 per year, to
more than 25 lakh women in the age
group of 45-60 years, belonging to SC/ST/
BC/Minority communities.
5. Swechha Programme 1. Launched in 2021 it aims to improve
health and hygiene of adolescent girls

2. YSR Matsyakara Bharosa Financial assistance of ₹10,000 is


given to each fisherman family for the
annual ban period on marine fishing
from April 15 to June 14. (It has been
enhanced from Rs. 4,000/-)
3. YSR Arogya Sri 1.To provide end to end cashless
health care services to BPL families in
2513 empaneled hospitals for 3255
procedures with financial limit of 25
lakh per family per annum. (The limit
has been increased from 5 lakh to 25
lakh recently in December, 2023)

in the state under the purview of this
scheme.
4. Aarogya Aasara Post-operative sustenance allowance
@ Rs.225/- per day subject to a
maximum of Rs.5000/- per month is
given to patients.
5. Family physician/doctor scheme 1. Launched in 2023 in Lingamguntla
(Chilakaluripeta) in Palnadu district.

2. It was introduced at the village level


with two PHCs for each Mandal and
two doctors in each PHC. one of the
doctors in PHC attends to patients with
OP, while the other will go in 104
mobile medical units (MMUs) on a
rotating basis twice a month to the
mapped Village Health Clinic (VHC).
Every month, the same VHCs are
visited by each doctor, who is assigned
to a maximum of 6-7 villages.

7. YSR Bima 1. All unorganized workers of BPL

₹3 Lakh for the families of people aged
between 51 and 70 years.

annum to taxi, cab and auto drivers

12. Pedalandariki Illu (Housing for All/ Aim to provide 30.66 lakh house site

land in Rural areas and 1 cent land in

13. YSR Jalayagnam (2004) 1. It is a mass irrigation and water
supply programme for drinking

17. Jagananna Suraksha Chakra Launched on July 1, 2023 it is a month

2. Under this programme, ‘Suraksha’


camps were conducted at the mandal
level where volunteers, secretariat
conveners, public representatives etc
visited to identify individuals who have
been left out of welfare schemes
despite being eligible.

3. It also addressed complaints


regarding non receipt of 11 types of
certificates like income certificates,
birth certificates, death certificates,
marriage certificates etc.
18. Jagananna YSR Badugu Vikasam A scheme to support entrepreneurs
belonging to SC & ST communities.
The scheme is co-terminus with the
validity of AP Industrial Development
Policy 2020-23.
Important features:
1. At least 16.2% and 6% of the
developed land reserved for SC and
ST Entrepreneurs respectively in the
industrial parks.

2. Land reserved for SC/ST


entrepreneurs will not be allotted for
other purposes
3. A slew of fiscal incentives like 100%
reimbursement of Stamp duty and
transfer duty, power cost
reimbursement @ 1.50/unit for 5 years,
interest subsidy, investment subsidy
etc.
