Material Required:Two 0.6 to 0.9m (2 to 3 ft.) lengths of cable, Category 5 or 5e,A minimum of
four RJ-45 connectors ,An RJ-45 crimping tool ,Two computers with Windows 7/10, Windows
Vista, or Windows XP. ,Wirecutters ,Wirestripper ,LAN tester

Procedure:

Task 1: Obtain and prepare cable and insert T 568 A and T 568 B wires. Visually inspect the cable
and ensure the right color code are connected to correct pins also check the connectors all eight
wires should be pressed firmly against the RJ-45 connector.

Task 2: Align all the wires and insert properly place RJ-45 Connector and cable into the crimper.
Crimper will push plungers down on the RJ-45 connector. Visually reinspect the connector if im-
properly installed cut the end of and repeat the process.
