Meeting Aim: Project BOQ & Drawing Clarification with Contractor

1 Target Value Design: The project has been designed a target value Myth
keeping in mind. Thus, there had to be some certain changes in BoQ
to meet that target price.

2 Bank Guarantee: Myth has already submitted the ABG as required UL/LL
but they still didn’t receive any work order from LL of BDT 22,523,183
and a contract between Myth & UL is yet to be signed.

3 Agreement: Myth will send the final DCI, Cookbook, BoQ and Schedule UL/Myth
to Mr. Mamun by 16th September. Upon receiving those, Mr. Mamun
will start processing the signing off procedures of Agreement between
UL & Myth.
4 HVAC: Due to space constraints in the dedicated ODU area of the UL/LL/ Myth
building, a slight design revision was done in the drawing. Thus, 25TR
ODU was selected instead of 17.5TR.
5 units of 25TR needs to be imported and to place the order Myth
requires a confirmation and work order immediately from LL.
5 Landlord Meeting: A meeting between UL & LL will be fixed by Mr. UL/LL
Mamun where HVAC, Toilet & Flooring scope will be cleared.
Necessary drawings and BOQ for the same has been submitted to Mr.
Mamun.
6 Updated BOQ & Drawing: Myth submitted hard copies of updated Myth/Kaymonto
BOQ and Drawing to Mr. Mamun and Master Schedule will be
submitted by Kaymonto by 19th September.
7 Toilet Fittings & Fixtures: Mr. Mamun will sit with LL representative to UL/LL
fix the issues of Toilet structure, fixtures and maintenance procedure.
8 Flooring (Carpet): Myth didn’t receive any work order from LL yet UL/LL
for flooring. They require a work order from LL to place the order for
carpet flooring immediately.
9 Strut System in 5th Floor: Myth try to incorporate the strut system in Myth
5th floor as well without any cost impact.
10 Furniture: Table top for Conference room table needs to be approved UL/Myth
by UL. For approval, Myth will provide a sample as early as possible.
11 Order Placement of LLPI: No order has been placed by Myth of the long UL/Myth
lead procurement items yet as the Design and BOQ has not been
signed off yet.
12 Switch Socket: UL proposed for 2 Multi Combined sockets and 1 Flat Myth
pin socket (2:1) for workstations instead of 1 Multi Combined socket
and 2 Flat pin sockets (1:2) keeping the total BoQ value same as
previous.
13 Lab Stool: UL asked for a sample if possible and requested to cancel UL/Myth
the wheel from lab stool.
14 Plumbing: One vertical pipe is not considered previously; Myth will do Myth
the piping work from WTP to floor and floor to ETP.
15 Wash Basin: Two separate plumbing lines: toxic and in toxic line from Myth
wash basin is recommended by UL. Myth will revise the drawing and
reconfirm asap.

16 CAT 6 Cable: In the BoQ the CAT 6 cable’s brand is Panduit and UL is UL/Myth
willing to install the faceplates/modular/patch cords/patch panels of
the same brand.
UL has some in stock equipment of Belden brand and willing to change
the cable brand in to Belden as well. In that case, there is no price
impact, Myth won’t have any issue but UL needs to cooperate with
Myth to purchase that Belden brand CAT 6.
17 Signage and Branding: Under UL scope. UL

18 PABX/ IP Phones: UL IT will confirm whether the PABX cable (35 CAT 6 UL/Myth
boxes are considered in BoQ) is needed to be pulled or not.
19 Fire Detection Cable: UL listed cable is strongly recommended by Mr. Myth
Mamun.
20 Hub Room AC: UL provided ACs (existing) can be used in hub rooms UL/Myth
(14th & 15th) floor. Decision will be taken later during execution period.
21 Sprinkler: Sprinkler heads has to be UL certified. Myth
22 HDMI Cables: In all the meeting rooms, there will be 2 nos HDMI cables Myth
instead of 1 HDMI & 1 VGA cable.
23 Fire Rated Gypsum Board: It has to be UL certified. Myth
