Susmic 12, 52 replacement kit.

Description of controller
Analog of susmic 12,52 controller is a microprocessor that the current supplied to the two
pressure reducing valves mounted on the hydrostatic pump. The processor receives the signal
from:
- Diesel engine RPM sensor (to adjust the current in proportion to engine RPM)
- Inch/brake pedal potentiometer (to reduce the current value to the pedal stroke)
- F-N-R selector (to establish which of the two valves has to be energize)
- Emergency button (which is locate near controller) to set 30% of power on reducing valves.
It is need to move telescopic handler to the garage for repair. On this mode controller does
not react on diesel rpm sensor and inch/brake pedal sensor.
- Controller is configured through WiFi on Android device. (RPM and inching pedal range)

Diagnosis LED indicator.

Green leads indicate power supply 12 V and 5 V from controller to sensors
Yellow Led indicate software checking (self-diagnosis)
Red Led indicate errors:
All errors are same on as original controller.

Circuit of original susmic 12 controller:

Must to check before install:

1. Disconnect the socket from susmic 12 controller.
2. Set F-N-R selector on forward direction and measure voltage between ground and pin
number 9 on the connector. Must be 12-13V
3. Set F-N-R selector on reverse direction and measure voltage between ground and pin
number 27 on the connector. Must be 12-13V
4. Measure voltage between 1 + and 2 - pins. Must be 12-13V
5. Measure resistance between 19 and 20 pin then between 19 and 21 pins. Must be 6-7 Om.

Electric wiring susmic 12 the controller. Marked outputs to which

you need to connect the wires. The connector of the original
controller you can cut or leave it. And cables connect near it.
