In the lesson there are 3 components in teaching learning process these are
learning objective/learning outcomes, learning experience and the learning assessment.
Learning objectives, also known as learning outcomes, are statements that describe
what students should know, understand, and be able to do after completing a learning
experience or course. They provide a clear focus and direction for the learning process,
assisting educators and students in setting goals and assessing progress. The learning
objectives help to create a structured and purposeful learning experience by clearly
defining what students should achieve. The learning experience includes the activities,
interactions, and environments that allow people to gain knowledge, skills, and
attitudes. It is essential for promoting effective and meaningful learning. Classroom
lectures, discussions, group projects, hands-on activities, field trips, online courses,
simulations, and other types of learning experiences are all possible. It requires active
engagement and participation from learners, allowing them to investigate, apply, and
reflect on what they are learning. And lastly, learning assessment is the process of
evaluating and measuring the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that students gain during
a learning experience. It is an important part of the educational process because it
provides valuable feedback on the effectiveness of teaching and learning, identifies
areas for improvement, and informs future instructional decisions. And the Assessment
has 4 concepts these are assessment, evaluation, measurement and test. And the
Approaches of Assessment are Assessment for learning – which improve and ensure
learning and it is a formative assessment, Assessment of Learning – which is for
grading purposes and in a summative assessment and lastly Assessment as Learning
which is a self assessment.
