FOIA REQUEST TO OBTAIN AND INSPECT DOCUMENTS SHOWING THE MOVEMENT

AND SPENDING OF THE US$ 3.4 BILLION (N4,807,954,477,958.20) COVID-19 RELIEF
LOAN AS OBTAINED FROM THE IMF, STARTING APRIL 28, 2020

Under the Freedom of Information Act (2011), I would like to obtain and inspect a copy
of the following public records as boldly underlined above and highlighted below:

[This request comprises thorough details of receive and disbursement of the US$ 3.4
BILLION (N4,807,954,477,958.20) COVID-19 Relief Loan as obtained from the
International Monetary Fund (IMF), starting Tuesday, April 28, 2020 , from the Capital,
36 State Governments and 744 Local Government Areas of the Federal Republic of
Nigeria. Also, comprehensive detailed documents showing how the government has
spread the repayment plan from 2023 to 2027]

I understand that if I seek a copy of this record, there may be a copying fee. Please
inform me of that cost prior to making the copy. I can be reached at +234-813-943-

According to the FOIA, this request should be acted upon as soon as possible, but in no
event later than seven working days following receipt of this letter. If access to the
records I requested is going to take longer, please contact me so we can work out a
reasonable date.

the statutory exception authorizing the withholding of all or part of the public record and
the name and title or position of the person responsible for the denial.
