Considering the aforementioned, the LTRR-VKB-RU sections over the SC

Railway have priority when it comes to DSDC train operations, where the electrical
clearances are lower for ROB Nos. 168/A (loc: 130/1-2) & 182/A (loc: 151/16-17),

which are the infringements for operating DSDC trains in SC division. DËvision to
OHE
ensure lowering of track, provide insulation sheets under these ROBs and
profiling works to enable contact wire height is to be kept at 5147 mm, division is
before
advised to carry out the said work on top priority under Plan Head 16
February 2024. As discussed in today's Rly Boards VC (on DSDC infringement's),
Feb.24 is set target for running of DSDCtrain in the said section of SC Rly.

With reference to the above cited subject Running of DSDC over SCR,
infringements in the identified routes for running of DSDC trains over the SC Railway
have beingidentified by divisions and works for rectifying them are under process.
Vide ref. 1, 2 & 3, RDSO has given guidelines for different options available for
reducing the height of contact wire under over line structures. (Copies enclosed)
Divisions are advised to conduct ajoint survey with engineering department at the
identified infringement location and ajoint report with Engineering &Operating
departments to be taken for the option to be adopted for increasing the height of
Contact wire & any speed restrictions to be imposed for alI/DSDC trains at the
identified infringing locations.
