You should be able to answer the following questions when reading a well-written, detailed, case study.

The Situation Does the reader have enough information to fully understand the case?
In my opinion this information is full enough to get a general idea of this case and
if the reader wants to find out more information, he should definitely use some
additional material.

Can the reader identify why this specific example was selected?
I may be wrong, but I think it is a common problem for countries with active
goldmining. For example in my Republic there is a huge gold, diamond, silver
mining and it affects ecology very badly - rivers and lakes are polluted and people
can't drink it even after boiling.

Secondary In this case Neskantaga people are the main players. Government plays

They affected by horrible water crisis, suffered from illnesess and the
indifference of the authorities during 20 years.

I think that interaction between Neskantaga residents and government was very
poor because they used a lot of ways to reach them but still, no actions were
taken until 2015, when government, finally began to help.

Change Neskantaga people tried to reach the government by writing letters to spread
their problem.

What are the barriers to change involved in this situation?


I think that the main barrier is their location because they live in fly-in community
and I also suppose that discrimination was involved in this situation.

Barriers are victorious - because of them government were not acting at all.

What theory of change best applies to this case?


I think conflict theory fits best for this case.
Applicability Can this case be applied to a larger situation? Does it apply locally? Nationally?
Globally?
This case is applied to local and national situation but of course, it can be applied
for global scale. For example there is a huge drinking water problem in countries
like India and Africa. It's a very difficult situation with a number of barriers.

The Audience Is this case study presented with any bias?


I don't think that there is any biases presented.

What perception is the audience left with after reading this case?
The feeling of weakness, helpless and indifference but I also proud of people who
didn't lose their hope for better life and their strength.
Conclusion What was the conclusion to the case study?
The conclusion of this case study is a resolution of the problem - people kept
fighting and finally got results that will lead to positive changes.
