SUBJECT: AUDIT NOTE NO.91 DATED09-12-2020 (DIFFERENCE OF TARIFF

FROM 66 TO 04) AMOUNTING TO RS: 106811/-.

After receipt of cited above subjected Audit Note, the site was
checked by undersigned and found that premises having reference Number 12-
13444-0098400 remain use as office till 04/020 and after that it was converted to
Rest House. In light of site situation, it is hereby requested to charge the difference
of tariff from 05/2020 accordingly please.
