Do not
force me!
Being fit and healthy is essential, but I like to keep it simple
and fun. I am not a fan of intense sports or hitting the gym
hard. Instead, I focus on what I feel like doing.

The key for me is not to force myself. If I'm not up for a heavy
workout, I won't make myself do it. Maybe I will just stretch
instead. And if I am exhausted or do not have time for sport, I
just dolike some warm up. It's all about listening to my body.

Starting is usually the toughest part, but once I get going, it


gets easier. Being disciplined is more important than waiting
to feel motivated. Motivation comes and goes, but sticking to
a routine helps me keep on track.

comfortable but also stylish sportswear. For me
the right outfit can make all the difference.

workouts and beautiful boosts my confidence
and it makes me even more excited to exercise.
