1. ORIGIN
Damage to the air inlet manifold.

2. Service Action
Check of the condition of the air inlet manifold.
Replacement of the air inlet manifold.
Fitting of a clamp on the air inlet manifold.

2.1. Parts required

1 Cylinder head cover (Part No. 0248 T2).
1 Cylinder head cover clamp (Part No. 98 357 288 80).

2.2. Check
Check the condition of the air inlet manifold :
If there are anomalies :Carry out repair
If there are no anomalies :Do not apply this document ;Carry out in-depth fault finding

2.3. Repair
DS 5 AND DW10CTED4 FAP TURBO DIESEL
Replace the air inlet manifold.
Additional parts which must always be replaced :None.
In addition, carrying out this repair requires the following operations to be carried out.
Observe the safety and cleanliness recommendations.
Remove :
The fuel high pressure common injection rail
The air mixer unit and its support

Refit :
The fuel high pressure common injection rail
The air mixer unit and its support
