General information prior a distance exam via DSV

1. Register for the exam no later than 7 days before the exam.
2. Make sure you have access to your SU username and password.
We cannot help you with this on the day of the exam, this is your own responsibility.
3. Valid ID document.
Driving licenses, passports and ID cards with a current validity period are approved as
identification. A police report that is at most three months old stating that your ID
document has been stolen or lost is also considered approved identification.
4. For questions regarding educational support, software or anything else, contact the Exam
Administration no later than 7 days before the exam day: tenta@dsv.su.se

How to prepare your device for an exam in INSPERA EXAM PORTAL

Download Inspera Exam Portal from the following link: https://dsv.inspera.com/get-iep

System Requirements:
• Windows: 7, 8.1, 10 and 11 on 64-bit platforms
• macOS: OS X 10.15 and higher
• OpenGL 2.0 graphics driver
• CPUs newer than 2011 (Intel Sandy Bridge or newer)
• Minimum SSE 4.2 in AMD processors and CPU
• A broadband internet connection (0.15Mbps upload speed)

Inspera Smarter Proctoring system requirements:

• 75 MB of free storage space per hour

• Web camera & microphone (internal or external)
• A broadband internet connection (0.15Mbps upload
speed)

Important:

- Update all necessary applications (web browser and other) and OS before
the exam day. It is your responsibility to have downloaded and made sure
these are working properly before the exam day.

- Remember to keep track of your SU login credentials

- If you do not have a computer that meets the system requirements,

or if you do not want to download IEP on your own computer, you
have the opportunity to write the exam on one of the school's
computers. You book a seat by sending an email to tenta@dsv.su.se
no later than 7 days before the exam.
 How to access the exam:

1. Open the Inspera Exam Portal application on your computer

2. Follow the instructions and log in with your SU account
(Shibboleth)
3. Enter the password for the exam. (The password is given to
you by your teacher ahead of the exam.)
