The R-OLE online business system is jointly developed by Rakuten India and SBI Bank. All
fund transfers flow through the banking system. SBI Bank monitors the flow of each fund
in real time, ensuring 100% fund security.
For all users who join R-OLE to participate in online business, the flow of funds is divided
into the following points:
1. The user completes the recharge of his or her personal R-OLE account, and the funds
are directly transferred from your personal bank to the R-OLE financial account. Bank staff
will conduct fund verification, and upon completion, the funds will automatically enter
your R-OLE account wallet.
2. Users use their personal R-OLE wallet balance to rent Nike stores, Adidas stores or
PUMA stores. The lease agreement is automatically generated and archived in the system,
which is supervised by SBI Bank.
3. After the user completes the leasing of the corresponding brand store, the funds will
enter the corresponding brand financial department through the banking system and be
used for opening new stores.
