of positive habits to tackle stress, and become productive
and disciplined.
Stage 1: The barrier stage, for example, you didn’t lower your gaze.
Lifestyle habits will help you ensure that you have the ultimate
lifestyle so that that you don’t reach the barrier stage.
By changing your lifestyle where you don’t use the negative means
to release stress and energy through Pornography/Masturbation but
using the healthier lifestyle habits
By following the Sunnah, you will please Allah SWT and ask for his
guidance too. Getting married is also part of the Sunnah which we
will focus on after rebooting successfully.
