The interview questions focus on “Primary Teachers’ Lived Experiences: The

Delights and Difficulties in Teaching Multi-grade Classes in Buenavista District IV”. In

addition, it wants to seek how you dealt with the delights and difficulties in different

aspects you’ve encountered. Furthermore, it also aims to provide suitable and quality

program for the betterment of the teaching capabilities of the multi-grade teachers in our

field.

1.1 classroom management-instruction- When my teaching instruction was run

smoothly and my teaching strategies well catch up their interest.

1.2 co-curricular activities- I can select the best any of my pupils from the two

grades.

1.3 interpersonal relationships with stakeholders- when they respond of what is in

need of the school.

1.4 teachers’ health- Thankful and grateful even my voice was not in good

sometimes.
