candidate is applying to. Admission to the majority of the UG and PG courses is offered on the basis of national-level

My experience of GMC PT Nagpur
I'm currently studying in PT school and centre, GMC Nagpur. I got my addmission through statewide NEET
counseling organized by CET. While filling my college preferences the only 4 government physiotherapy colleges
were my top priority and after that some reputed private colleges like Terana, Sancheti, etc. In my first round I got
Terana, but later in mop-up round I got GMC Nagpur. As government college was my priority I decided to take
admission here. I am a general category student and my NEET 19 marks were 430. GMC Nagpur has a good
reputation and the patient inflow is great, but being a government college the infrastructure is sub-par. The total
number of seats per year is 30 including all the quota seats. During lockdown, online classes were not proper
however offline classes are regularly held.

Course Curriculum Overview : My first priority like most other students while giving NEET was to get admission to
MBBS, when that didn't happen I decided to pursue physiotherapy. The departmental subject's classes occur
regularly with the teacher-student ratio being 1:30, and the other subject's classes occur with Occupational Therapy
students so the same ratio becomes 1:60. The course is yearly and not semester-wise, with one term exam, one
prelim and final University exams. The exams are not extremely hard but regular studies are required to pass with
good marks. Most teachers interact with students while teaching. And practical knowledge, specially departmental
knowledge is gained through hours spent in clinic.
Class Size : 30 Course Fees : INR 45000 per year

Making of a Doc
I have Applied for Government medical College Nagpur for the MBBS course. The admission process was smooth
and completed in almost 2hours. For admission, you have to score marks above the cut-off value of that year and
then via the counseling process where you give your preferences for college, you get allotted a seat in college
depending on your rank/marks. You need all the documents like caste certificate, validity, domicile, mark sheet of
10th and 12th along with your neet result copy. After submitting it, your admission gets completed.

Course Curriculum Overview : I choose this course as you can do both things through this that serves humankind
and also make your bread and butter. College provides highly educated Faculty which share their knowledge to
students in simple terms and the ratio of faculty to the student is almost 1:8 Each faculty member has done their
postgraduation in their respective subject and having experience of almost around 5-6 yrs of teaching. Term exams
are there two times in a year along with regular PCTs(portion completion tests) . If you study well its not hard to
pass the exams

in Asia). It can be ranked among the most prestigious institutes of Maharashtra as well as of central India... When u
will enter in the premises u will be fond of the greenery of college and hostel areas(even during mid summer days u
can find peace and chillness in this place). This is the best college for those who not only want to study medicine but
also want it with full enjoyment(regarding extra curricular activities such as social experiments like Health camp)
Gmc provides top quality education to both its ug and pg students . It is arguably the topmost medical college in
Maharashtra and as well as central India. Teachers are highly qualified and experienced.

Course Curriculum Overview : I chose mbbs because i wanted to contribute to my society... And Gmc Nagpur has
been helping me in achieving this goal. The student faculty ratio is almost 100:19 which is quite impressive for a
medical college. All the teachers are impressive and experienced, and has great ways of teaching. Although you have
to study yourself quite hard to obtain good marks in the internal exams well as the professional exams, but
teachings from teachers and seniors always helps.

Our college has very big infrastructure as compared to other. College not only teaches us academics but also
teaches culture and so mamy things. From our college alumni like Dr. Prakash Amte passed out from our college.

Course Curriculum Overview : This course and curriculum is good. From this year curriculum is changed and
mostly relavent on clinical and research knowledge but the exam pattern is not good. It is most lengty. There is
exam in every three month. Very Hectic schedule.

Overall its a good college than other similar nearby college. For our medical profession it is very good since a variety
of patients come here in a large number. The thing i feel must be improved is practical teaching and teachers ego
matter.

Course Curriculum Overview : Mbbs is one of the most difficult courses in world. You definitely regret doing mbbs
at some points of hardships but at the end you will be a doctor who would cure others pain, this gives you strength
to face hardships. You have to do more studies, work more than other courses.

College by my opinion is best in central India.The infrastructure of the college and the all thing that a college should
have, it have.And i like the senior junior relationship of the college. Seniors are always ready to help us.

Course Curriculum Overview : Curriculum is clinical and research based. There is 4 University exams for MBBS.
Semester of internal exams are in between the UT exams.Practicals exams are also has sme status as theory
exams.50%marks needed to qualify to next year.
