5. Equipment introduction
The hook-type shot blasting machine uses two hooks to load workpieces alternately
into the shot blasting cleaning room. Use a shot blaster to throw 0.2~0.8 projectiles
onto the surface of the workpiece, so that the surface of the workpiece reaches a
certain roughness, making the workpiece beautiful, or changing the compressive
stress of the workpiece to increase its life. This Huashengtai machine is widely used
in surface cleaning or strengthening treatment of medium and small castings and
forgings in foundry, construction, chemical industry, electrical machinery, machine
tools and other industries. And this model is suitable for cleaning slender and thin-
walled parts that are not suitable for collision.
This machine is a double hook system. When one of the hooks is loading the
workpiece for throwing, the other hook is used by workers to load and unload the
workpiece, which is more efficient. When working, when the preparation work (dust
removal system, sand circulation system operation) is completed, the machine starts to
work normally. First, the hook descends to lift the workpiece, rises to a certain
position, and hits the track on which the hook runs. Then it enters the shot blasting
cleaning room along the track, reaches the predetermined position, and the rotation
motor starts. At this time, close the door of the shot blasting cleaning room, turn on
the shot blasting motors No. 1 and 2, and after a certain period of time, the shot
supply gate will be automatically opened to start shot blasting the workpiece. At this
time the time relay starts timing. After cleaning for a certain period of time, stop the
pill supply valve, manually open the cleaning room door, and move the hook out of
the cleaning room. (During this period, another hook can load and unload workpieces.
The two workpieces work at the same time, saving time and improving efficiency.)
When the hook moves out of the cleaning room and reaches the limit, another hook
loaded with workpieces enters the shot blasting room, closes the door, and starts
throwing. beat. And so on. until the work is over.
Repeat this process until the work is completed and stop the machine in sequence.
After the dust removal motor stops, the vibration motor runs to remove dust in the
settling box.
Only after the wiring is connected correctly can the computer be turned on.
1) Manual control: first turn on the key switch, the power indicator lights up, start the
buttons in sequence, dust removal - → lifting - → spiral - → open the door - → No. 1
hook lifts the workpiece, reaches the limit, and hits the hook running track Position
——→The hook enters and reaches the limit. Close the cleaning room door—→Press
the rotation button (the motor rotates forward and reverse alternately)—→Start the 1
and 2 shot blasting motor buttons in sequence, and delay the shot blasting valve for a
certain period of time to open—→The set time is reached, and after cleaning, the shot
blasting The valve closes automatically and the shot blasting motor stops running. —
→ Press the rotation stop button — → Open the shot blasting chamber door — →
The hook exits and reaches the limit. At the same time, No. 2 hook can enter the shot
blasting cleaning room for cleaning — → After cleaning, press the button stop switch
(1). The contents of the warnings are dangerous causes that may lead to accidents and
must be followed to ensure safe operations.
(2). Ignoring warning signs and performing incorrect operations may cause personal
injury or death.
(3). Follow the instructions of the warning symbols and carry out operations. This
equipment is equipped with preventive measures.
(4). Such warning signs should be inspected and cleaned regularly to keep their
surfaces clear and eye-catching.
(5). The installation location must not be changed at will.
2. Safety device
(1). To ensure safe and effective operation, the equipment is equipped with
mechanical or other safety devices, protection devices, and electrical interlocking
4. Safety sensor
(1). There is a key switch in the operating circuit. Once the key switch is pulled out,
all driving parts cannot be started. When servicing each device, be sure to pull out the
key switch and carry it with you.
(2). An overload relay is installed in the motor circuit. Once the motor is overloaded,
the power supply will be automatically cut off to prevent the motor from burning out.
(3). During operation, if there is any abnormality, press the emergency stop button and
all driving parts will stop.
(1). In order to ensure safety, operators using the equipment must comply with the
prescribed safety procedures, and management and supervisory personnel should
supervise the implementation.
(2).. Operators and supervisors should be familiar with and understand the following
matters that should be paid attention to in general safe operations and abide by them
to ensure safe operations.
(3). You should know how to work safely and study it regularly.
Notice
Failure to follow the prescribed safety precautions may cause a serious accident.

operations
(1) When entering the machine for inspection operations, cut off all power and air
sources to avoid sudden movements that may involve people.
(2) The sliding part may need to be fixed, close the air pressure main control valve,
and release the residual pressure.
(3) The person in charge of the operation or the designated person in charge must
remove the switch key of the equipment and keep it until the completion of the
operation is confirmed.
(4) Make sure that all switches and valves are closed.
(5) Confirm that every part of the equipment cannot move by operating the start
button and valve.
(6) All movable parts must be fixed with locks to ensure that they cannot be operated,
and notice boards must be hung.
(1) Confirm whether there is anyone inside the aircraft. Sudden movement of the
equipment may cause people to be involved.
(2) Follow the instructions of the person in charge and make sure it is safe before
proceeding.
(3) Before starting the equipment, communicate it verbally to the workers or use a
buzzer to notify all personnel to confirm the safety of all personnel.
(4) Do not enter the aircraft at will.
(5) When the equipment is in operation, the equipment must not be touched, and
repairs or adjustments must not be made.
(1) Removed doors, safety covers and other protective devices must be restored to
their original state.
(2) The person in charge of the operation should convene after the operation to
confirm whether all personnel have left the dangerous area.
(3) Confirm whether there are tools, parts, etc. left in the machine. After using tinder,
inspect it.
(1) Steel shots of specified specifications should be used. Because steel shot is a
consumable material, it must be replenished at any time according to the startup time.
(2) If there is oil or grease on the shot blasting material, it may cause poor fluidity and
may cause fire in the dust collector. Therefore, pay full attention when refueling.
(3) If there is moisture on the projectile material, it will cause rust and become lumpy.
Therefore, special attention should be paid to moisture. If it is not used for a long
time, it should be removed and kept properly.
In order to prevent malfunctions and accidents before they occur and to maintain
equipment performance, it is very important to conduct daily and regular inspections.
Routine maintenance operations must be performed on the following items. The daily
operation time is based on 8 hours. If the operation exceeds 1 day, the maintenance
cycle should be shortened accordingly.
1. Basic matters
Problems with shot blasting equipment are generally manifested in “increased steel
shot consumption” or “low cleaning effect”. If this happens, repairs should be carried
out immediately to ensure that it continues to operate under normal conditions.
