Chapter 2, Project management

SLIDE 28
How did you achieved your goals?

SLIDE 29
Okay how did we achieved our ice goals. What are the strategies we did?

SLIDE 30
First things first, we did information seeking.
Information Seeking is one of the most important steps on how we achieved our goals.

Why is it important to seek information first?

Knowledge is power: We believe that knowledge is power. The more you know about your goal,
the better equipped you are to pursue it effectively.

Make informed decisions: With comprehensive knowledge, you can weigh different options,
assess risks and rewards, and choose the best path forward.

Understand the landscape: Researching your goal reveals potential challenges, obstacles, and
opportunities you might not have considered.

Develop strategies and tactics: Information fuels your planning process. You can learn from
others' successes and failures, adapt proven strategies, and tailor them to your specific situation.

SLIDE 31
The next strategy is teamwork. Teamwork is truly the magic spark that can ignite your journey towards
achieving goals.

Why is it important?
Is it important to have teamwork because it can improve learning. Working with others exposes you to
new ideas, approaches, and ways of thinking. You learn from each other's experiences, mistakes, and
successes.
Greater Resilience & Problem-Solving - Teams can weather challenges better than individuals.
When obstacles arise, you have a collective pool of resources and diverse perspectives to
overcome them.

Synergy of Strength - No one is an island of knowledge and skills. Teams bring together diverse
perspectives, experiences, and strengths. This synergy fuels creative problem-solving, leading to
solutions you might not have conceived alone.

Increased Productivity & Efficiency - Dividing tasks among skilled team members optimizes
workflow and speeds up progress.

SLIDE 33
The last strategy we did is we recruit more referrals.

SLIDE 34
Referrals is like the core of Ice foundation because it is one of the best way to earn Ice.

Why is it important?
It is important to have more referrals because you can Earn More Ice.

Share your Cryptocurrency Knowledge – You can share your Cryptocurrency knowledge to the
recruited referrals

Challenge your Persuading Skills – It can challenge your persuading skills because is it important
to gather different people to the space they deserve.

Extend the Decentralized Future – Last and not the least, Extend the Decentralized Future. By
gaining more referrals, you are the accessory for decentralized future

SLIDE 35
Dicuss All the Risks Encountered in doing business

What are the risks we encountered ?

First,

SLIDE 36
INCONSISTENT LOG-INS
- Members are Busy or have no time to log-in to ice
- For members that already achieved the 20,000 ICE quota, it’s hard to maintain daily
log-ins
SLIDE 37
QUOTA REACHMENT
- Some members didn’t achieve the 20,000 ICE quota.
- Some members achieved the 20,000 ICE quota early.
SLIDE 38
KYC VERFICATION
- Awkward way of verifying face
- In KYC stage 2, Some members does not have X / Twitter Account
SLIDE 39
And last, LOW ICE/h RATE
REASONS FOR LOW ICE PER HOUR RATE
- More referrals but inactive
- And Low number of referrals

SLIDE 40
So, how did we apply information seeking in this endeavor

SLIDE 41
How did we apply in this endeavor.

any additional information you provide to pinpoint the specific information you're looking for. stay
updated on ice announcements. Is it important to identify and

SLIDE 42
Next, Evaluating and filtering results: access and process information from diverse sources,
including text, code, and factual datasets. employ a variety of algorithms and techniques to
evaluate the retrieved information, such as its relevance, credibility, and recency. then filter out
irrelevant or unreliable information while prioritizing high-quality sources. And perform fact
check on gathered sources

SLIDE 43
INTERPRET INFORMATION GATHERED - The retrieved information is analyzed and synthesized to
answer your question in a comprehensive and informative way. need to extract key points,
identify relationships between different pieces of information, and draw conclusions based on
the evidence.
