Dear Vaibhav,

We are delighted to extend this offer of internship for the position of Social Media Intern
with Save The Paws. Your responsibilities would include to ideate the content and increase
the engagement on social media platforms. Please review the summary of terms and
conditions for your anticipated employment with us. If you accept this offer, your start date
will be
September 6, 2021 or another mutually agreed upon date, and you would report to Shresht
Mehra, Social Media Head at Save The Paws.

Kindly find the attached terms and conditions of your employment, should you accept this
offer letter. We would like to have your response by September 5, 2021. In the meantime,

questions. We are looking forward to having you on our team.

I. Position

Internship title
Your title will be ‘Social Media Intern’ and you will report to the Organization’s Social
Media Head

Working schedule
This is a work from home internship position requiring approximately 14 hours per week.
Employment Relationship
Employment with the Organization is for at least 3 months. Your employment with the
Organization will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Organization may terminate your
employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Any contrary representations
that may have been made to you are superseded by this letter agreement. This is the full and
complete agreement between you and the Organization on this term. Although your job duties, title,
compensation, and benefits, as well as the Organization’s personnel policies and procedures, may
change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an
express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Organization (other
than you.)

II. Cash Compensation

Salary
This is an unpaid voluntary position and thus there will no monetary compensation
provided. However, an internship letter will be provided at the end of the internship. A letter
of recommendation might also be provided based on your work. Please note that, to receive
an internship letter, the intern must be employed with this Organization for a minimum of 3
months and must have proven him/herself as a good candidate. The exit will be only
considered successful after handing off the work to the intern. On termination/resignation of
employment before the said period you shall not be granted with an internship letter or a
letter of recommendation.

III. Privacy and Confidentiality Agreements

Privacy Agreement
You are required to observe and uphold all the Organization’s privacy policies and procedures
as implemented or varied from time to time. Collection, storage, access to and dissemination
of employee personal information will be in accordance with privacy legislation.
Conflict of Interest policy
While you are employed at this Organization, you will not engage in any other employment,
consulting or other business activity (whether full-time or part-time) that would create a
conflict of interest with the Organization. By signing this letter of agreement, you confirm
that
you have no contractual commitments or other legal obligations that would
prohibit you from performing your duties for the Organization.

IV. Termination Conditions


The Organization reserves the right to terminate employment of any employee for
just cause at any time without notice and without payment in lieu of notice. The
Organization will be entitled to terminate your employment for any reason other
than for just cause, upon providing to you such minimum notice as required by
law.

V. Interpretation, Amendment and Enforcement


This letter agreement supersedes and replaces any prior agreements,
representations, or understandings (whether written, oral, implied or otherwise)
between you and the Organization and constitute the complete agreement between
you and the Organization regarding the subject matter set forth herein. This letter
agreement may not be amended or modified, except by an express written
agreement signed by both you and a duly authorized officer of the Organization.
You may indicate your agreement with these terms and accept this offer by signing
and dating this agreement by September 6, 2021. Upon your acceptance of this
employment offer, Save The Paws will provide you with the necessary instructions.
