Pursued “Machine tool design- Mechanical” 8 weeks training programme at
“Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association” (IMTMA) Design Institute.
Machine tool design a comprehensive programme structured from engineering basics to a
complete machine design on par with industry standards.

PROJECT WORK
1. Master Degree project: "Study And Analysis Of Different Catalyst In Carbon Nano Tube
Growth Using PECVD System" done at Central Manufacturing Technology Institute,
CMTI Bangalore.
Carbon nanotubes due to their unique electronic and extraordinary mechanical properties
have been receiving much attention for wide variety of application. Different film thickness of
Nickel and Iron catalyst used for CNT growth. Synthesis of CNT by PECVD process using
Hydrogen and Acetylene gas. Synthesized CNTs were characterized by using Scanning Electron
Microscope, Raman Spectroscopy.

2. Under Graduate Degree project: "Design And Manufacturing Of Setup Weld Fixture For
ROPS Of BG825 Motor Grader" done at BEML Mysore Complex.
The fixture which holds and locates the work piece during manufacturing & inspection. The
purpose of the work is to form a fixture, to assist in welding of ROPS Column of BG825. The
design process involves studying the component, orientation of setup, manufacturing feasibility
study, selection of appropriate materials, 3d modeling of structure.
