diagrams to extract the Process data.
Establish Piping boundaries by interpreting P&IDs and PFDs.
Identifying and classifying the Piping tags into their respective circuits.
Assigning circuit criticalities for the Fluid services.
Preparation of Line List of all piping tags of the plant.
Identification of material of construction of pipes based on Line Specification provided by the
Plant.
III. Inspection and Thickness management for Piping and Pressure Equipment:
Creating Inspection work pack for pressure equipment & Piping based on the operating
conditions, history and maintenance of equipment to carry out assessment plan based on
damage mechanism affecting the equipment.
Executing Visual inspections management and analysis, Thickness inspections management
and analysis, Corrosion management and analysis.
Establishing degradation evaluations related to pressure equipment, heat exchangers, piping
circuits, fired equipment, flares, above ground storage tanks and pressure relief devices.
Reviewing NDT reports to calculate minimum thickness of pressure equipment and piping using
ASME section II, VIII and ASME 31.3 standards to calculate corrosion rate and remaining life of
the equipment.
Reviewing Design documents, General assembly drawing (GA), Data sheets (DS), manufacture
record book, Fabrication Drawings, equipment strategy, inspection reports of the equipment
to plan integrity of the equipment based RBI recommended practice.
Reviewing PFD, P&ID, isometric drawing for inspection and TML markups and identify services
and categorize for inspection.
Performing integrity analysis based on maintenance and NDT reports and to report damage
class verification for inspections and to give recommendations for repair/replace of the
equipment and Follow-up inspection.
Updating the equipment feature data to GE-APM tool to plan shutdown strategy and periodic
maintenance and inspection.
Monitoring and surveillance of integrity parameters to ensure reliable operations,
troubleshooting, root cause analysis and integrity recommendation stewardship.
Identifying bad actors and analyzing to reduce equipment downtime. Overall integrity
effectiveness and management including criticality assessments, timely review of inspection
findings.
Performing regional oversight and stewardship of integrity work product metrics for quality,
effectiveness and efficiency in achieving business unit/manufacturing site objectives.
Propose the recommendation of inspection methods on equipment, record maintenance and
regulation of inspection methods and resolution of site related issues.
