c). Horn Not blowing in Destini 125 Scooter.
d). Clutch early working in Geared condition in Super Splendor motorcycle.
e). Idling RPM fluctuating in Glamour and X-Pulse model motorcycle.
 Development of Performance test rig for all types of Relays (Starter/Winker & Power) and Shower, Dust, Thermal
Cycle Thermal Shock Chambers for Reliability testing Lab.
 Improved Final incoming Straight Pass from 85% to 95% by systematic problem solving.
Bench marking : Led Process Bench marking activity for Handle-Bar switches (Winker, Dimmer, Passing, Horn, Start,
