b). Starter Relay not working in Maestro edge 125 Scooter.
c). Horn Not blowing in Destini 125 Scooter.
d). Clutch early working in Geared condition in Super Splendor motorcycle.
e). Idling RPM fluctuating in Glamour and X-Pulse model motorcycle.
 Development of Performance test rig for all types of Relays (Starter/Winker & Power) and Shower, Dust, Thermal
Cycle Thermal Shock Chambers for Reliability testing Lab.
 Improved Final incoming Straight Pass from 85% to 95% by systematic problem solving.
Bench marking : Led Process Bench marking activity for Handle-Bar switches (Winker, Dimmer, Passing, Horn, Start,
and I3S) which aimed at deploying best manufacturing practices for the component, resulting in Significant reduction of
Warranty PPM from 2700 to 600.
