fluid management. Certified with ISO 9001 & 2015, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14000Env. The company is Asia’s
largest research Centre and one of the largest mfg. units of pumps in the world.

Indian Navy, Nuclear power plants over the world, Hydel plants, Firefighting organizations, ONGC, Reliance
are some of the major customers of KBL.

My role is to supply defect free material received from suppliers to assembly and to the next customer.
Working in Receipt Inspection, (Supplier Quality) Small & Medium Pump Division (SMPD) And Large
Pump Division (LPD).

Job responsibilities include, but not restricted to:

 Routine GRN inspection.

 Maintaining FIFO in the clearance of material.

 Timely clearance of brought material, qualitatively &quantitatively on daily basis to achieve

production plan.

 Performing supplier audit at supplier end.

 Development of supplier.

 Co-ordination with third party inspection Agency like SGS, TUV,INTERTEK in Receipt Material
inspection.

 Making Inspection Document as per EN 10204 std

 Preparation of performance Indicators &updating of DRM board in receipt inspection

 Working for cost reduction by reviewing the components.

 Document preparation like QAP, Control plans etc.

 Man, power management in department.

 Analyzing the customer complaints and strengthening the firewalls in order to achieve the desired
target.
