Responsibilities
1.
1. Mandatory - Strong problem solving skills i.e. to start with just a simple problem statement
from users, and come out with a clear solution. The job is not to act as a communication
bridge between business and the technical team, but rather the ability to solve business
problems and come up with solutions.
At least one certification in business analyst or Product owner profession, like
CBAP/ECBA/CCBA or CSPO will definitely have an edge.

2. Good to have - The role will require German language proficiency.

3. Mandatory - At least beginner level knowledge in UX so as to be able to draw up

wireframes. Any certification done in this area will have an edge like CUA, CXA

4. Mandatory - Knowledge with using tools like Balsamiq, Pencil, Mural. Experience with PPT
does not count.

5. Mandatory - Experience with data analysis, preferably using data analytics tools and AI. At
a minimum , the candidate must have the knowledge of data modelling using data modelling
tools. Knowledge of any workflow design tool is a plus, like Visio or LucidChart.

6. Good to have - Knowledge of any estimation techniques like use case estimation, so as to
be able to quickly do a rough estimate of a proposed solution
7. Must be open for international travel

8. Mandatory - Outstanding communication and collaboration skills as the role will require
extensive communication with German stakekolders on almost a daily basis.

9. Any exposure to automotive domain will be a plus, but not mandatory.

10. Must have - Exposure to working in an Agile scrum methodology. Exposure to Scaled
Agile framework will be an added plus.
