Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Consultant focuses on demonstrating how eGain solutions benefit German organizations.
Responsibilities include requirements gathering, demos, proposal responses, architecture design, and
pilot runs. Additionally, they provide sales support to Direct Sales, Partners, and CSM teams. This role
requires fluency in German and proficiency in English. The team currently comprises 5 members,
collaborating with various teams and engaging with both prospects and existing customers. The position
is open to candidates based in Germany or the UK.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The role of the Pre-Sales Consultant is made up of two areas:
• The first is to provide support for the Sales organisation during the Sales Process. This will include:
o Product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
o Responding to requests for proposals.
o Understanding the prospects business requirements and creating custom demonstrations
that show the value of the eGain proposition.
• The second area is to maintain a technical relationship with existing customers and provide them
with agreed areas of support to maximise the sales potential of that customer.
