    company M/S QIL has not received the payment. Because of that reason I am
    not received my payment from them. Please pay them as soon. I am in
    Critical Situation.I need my money.

    Your above invoice for USD28000 was received and accepted by the company.

    The company made an advance payment to you of USD5649.72 with an


    undertaking that the balance will be paid on receipt of our payment form
    our client Kenya Ports Authority (KPA)

    Our invoice to KPA has already been sent out and we are waiting for payment.

    I therefore wish to confirm that immediately payment is received from KPA,


    your invoice will be settled by TT.
