Subject: - Application for Construction of Culvert & Maintenance/Repairing of Road.

Respected Sir,

With reference to above mentioned work we are the resident of Kada Village
under _____________________ Gram Panchayat within Rajarhat Development Block. There was no
Bank is our village previously therefore Using The Bank Facilities We went to Bank which were
situated in other location / area so, we had to suffer a lot, now presently a Bank situated in our
village so we are very happy. But now to visit the Bank is very difficult due to the Cannel which
is presently blocking the way & also the roads which is present in our village is not maintained
& not repaired so we are facing many problems regarding visit to the Bank.

So Sir, we are kindly requesting you please construct a culvert over the cannel
and maintenance / repair the road which is not safe for communication & transportation. Please
take necessary steps against this letter. We will be highly thankful to you.
