Sub: Requesting to solve the Sewage, Garbage, Road Condition
and Water Supply problems

We the undersigned residents of S.R. Garden, ward No. 71, like to bring to
your kind notice the inconvenience caused to residents due to frequent overflow of
sewage water. We have been complaining about this problem to the officials but it
has not been attended to properly. Garbage is piled up at the entrance of the street.
Sometimes the road itself is not visible due to it. No proper sanitation is provided in
this area. If concrete steps are not taken by the officials it will lead to health problems.
We sincerely trust, you will take necessary action to ensure proper maintenance of the
sewage system until it is re-laid.

As concerned residents of this area we like to draw your kind attention to

attend to the poor condition of the S.R. Garden Street. It has not been re-laid for
many years. We have complained about this matter to the officials concerned, but
nothing has been done towards its maintenance. During rainy season it becomes
difficult to commute.

We also request you to look into the matter for regular water supply, as most
of the time the water does not have sufficient pressure to reach all the houses. Though
we get water on alternate days that too for a few hours, which is inadequate.

So we hereby kindly request you to solve all the above said problems as soon
as possible and do the needful.
