Subject: Complaint on consistently having high water bill amount and huge water
consumption meanwhile experiencing a shortage of water supply.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

With the above-cited subject, the company hereby submits a complaint with regards to having a
consistent high water bill amount and huge water consumption meanwhile experiencing a
shortage of water supply since the last two months of this year (2023) up until today which
basically means there should be lesser water consumption and lower water bill amount. In fact,
every employee of the company is disturbed on account of the unavailability of water supply
which is the basic need of every human being. The management already conducted several
actions to find out the possible causes but there were no found faucet/toilet leakages. However,
the company tried to close all the gate valves and noticed that the water meter still running which
is a clear and valid reason for you to give us your attention.

It is further stated that we have a few suggestions to resolve the issue of high water bill amount
and huge water consumption that we are experiencing for the past few months:

1. Enquire your team to conduct an investigation with our presence either by examining the
pipelines, water meter or by looking for the technical or database errors to track down the
possible main cause of this problem.
2. Relocation or transferring of water meter or service line close to the main gate of the
plant since it is currently located quite far from the company’s sight and is close to
residences living near the plant to prevent any possible illegal actions to happen.

Sir/ Madam, we have suggestions but you have the authority to implement them and definitely
provide a better solution to the stated problem. We all request you earnestly to please resolve the
aforementioned issue on the constant high water bill amount and the huge water consumption in
