Dear Sir/Madam:

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue about our water bill, I am referring to the
mentioned account above. The meter is currently showing a reading of [insert reading].
I do not accept that the bill amount is accurate. 

The bill in question is significantly higher than it should be. This business establishment
NOTRE DAME OF TRECE MARTIREZ INC. is a school. Classes were immediately
canceled after the declaration of ECQ. The school operation stopped. Only a few stayed
to secure the whole area and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the surroundings.

The bill is not a true reflection of our consumption for the questioned billing cycle. We
are requesting for an explanation on how the reading was performed and as to what is
the basis of the monthly consumption specifically your computation that reflected on the
bill. Nevertheless, we are requesting to have this bill corrected appropriately.

We are looking forward for kind assistance on this matter and utmost action to have this
resolved.
