Greetings!

Notre Dame of Trece Martirez share a common vision with the Department of Education to ‘Keep Our Students in
School’, pursue their education and graduate in Senior High School amid this global health crisis due to Covid-19.
We hope that the liberty we give to our students to choose, empower them to hold on to their studies and
complete their secondary education, will still continue.

We have done surveys by calling and texting our students and those incoming senior high school students who
have pre-registered during the guidance career orientation held at different public schools here in Cavite. Some
incoming senior high school students have already registered with our school online. These students who are
minors are not allowed to go out and ask for their report cards and other records due to the GCQ. Parents are
also concerned with the safety of their children.

In this regard, may we ask from your good office permission to allow our authorized school representative or
teacher to follow up and assist the students in procuring their documents from their previous schools. This will
ensure that only one person will go to school for the records of several students. This will greatly aid in social
distancing that will limit persons who will leave their homes.

Notre Dame is prepared to conduct ONLINE, DISTANCE, and BLENDED LEARNING.

We are one with DepEd in their guidelines that student should refrain from going to school to enroll to ensure
their safety.
