students who were enrolled to other school system prior to the validation
of Central Office as our recipient in the Senior High School Voucher
Program. I understand the importance of transparency on this matter."

faced challenges enrolling our student before the evaluation or
verification stage due to unreliable internet connectivity. The poor
internet connection hindered our ability to properly check and validate
the enrolled learners in our Learner Information System (LIS) and
Voucher Management System (VMS).

We confirm that AISA MAKUNGAY LUMAPINIT, LRN#:

133951080121 is transferred out in our school, she enrolled in Davao
City NHS this school year 2023-2024.

We acknowledge that this discrepancy is due to an oversight on

our part, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion it may have
caused.
 Considering that DATU PAGLAS municipality don’t have
sustainable internet connectivity, we need to travel to cities to conduct
the enrollment and checking of learners data.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have

caused and understand the importance of accurate and up-to-date
enrollment records. Our institution is committed to rectifying this situation
promptly and ensuring that all necessary corrective actions are taken.
