company/agency to acquire industrial ORIENTATION. The training period will start immediately upon

-I am graduating this year in Davao Wisdom Academy, and I have experience in computer
repairing a long time ago and used to work with people as part of a team is fun, and solving their
problems is what keeps me going. And I was able to conquer all of these obstacles on a daily
basis at work.

What are your strengths and what are your weaknesses?

-Improves interaction and encourages teamwork are two of my guiding principles. And my
weakness is spending too much time.

On the first day of work, I started my on-the-job preparation (OJT). I

was both excited and anxious because of the new environment and
the new people around me. I had no idea who they were or what
they were like, so I had to adjust to their personalities and attitudes.
Prior to being introduced to our appointed department, I was
introduced to another department. The company's policies and
procedures were explained to me by Ms. Ana Pagara, the company's
President and CEO. There are also some Do's and Don'ts listed. She
also introduced us OJT students to the various staff members and
employees present that day. It was a briefing and orientation that
went by quickly.
DAY 1
March 25, 2021 We'll get right to work after the introductions. We were placed in
charge of the administrative office by Ms. Ana. We coded the ID
system using the software/application Prime Campus Connection ID
system. Although the records are lengthy, we were able to complete
half of them in a single day. The remaining half was encoded by my
co-trainee. We divided it into two sections in order to complete it as
quickly as possible. The profiles of the students were also encoded.
Our first day was a great start, and vie was encouraged to perform
well, thanks to what we had already accomplished and the company
president, who is very supportive and kind to me and my co-trainee.

Our immediate superior. Sir Ralph accompanied us to our On-the-

Job Training location. I had the impression that I was a full-fledged
office employee with my own desk and chair at the time. The second
mission, which was to encrypt, was given to us by Sir Ralph. We had
encoding records and information from a few schools in Quezon City.
DAY 2 This information is needed for ID scanning. Users can work easily

conducting research on their Prime Campus Connection on the
second day.

The role is given to Sir Ralph, our immediate superior. The presentation
both was made with Microsoft PowerPoint. I use a peer-to-peer
environment and a network shared environment to construct the actual
DAY 3 configuration. I build an Internet network using a hierarchical Internet

an optimal setup for Prime Campus Connection.
Sir Lloyd, our IT boss and On-Site Supervisor, tasked me with creating a
model for an on-site cabling and networking setup at one of Quezon City's
colleges. He showed me a sketch of the structure, as well as the

Melody Jimenez. AutoCAD is a software framework for computer-aided
design (CAD) and drafting in 2D and 3D, as I remember her teaching it.

I started to work on my blueprint design and building. On my job, I

improved it and put the finishing touches on it. Sir Lloyd corrected me

Sir Alex, a member of our technical team, tasked me with troubleshooting

the system's problem. The key problem is that the computer turns on but
the screen remains blank. I thought it was a hardware issue. I started
disassembling and unscrewing the unit assembly with a screwdriver in
hand. Dust particles had collected within the device unit, as I discovered.
To stop being electrocuted, I switched off the system. The primary
memory, also known as RAM, is located and deleted. If the RAM pins are

dirty, I clean them with an ordinary eraser. I restart the computer after

reinstalling it in its proper position. The television is turned on this time,
but there is no sunshine. Reconsideration. I put it back in its original slot
and switch on the machine. The computer is turned on this time, but there
is no light. I restarted the device and removed the RAM, which I then
reinstalled in another memory slot. As I turned on the computer after that,
it was patched and displayed on the monitor screen. I kept working on Sir
Lloyd's design project after completing this mission.

Sir Lloyd has assigned me and Joshua Bajana the task of checking the ID
and deciding whether or not it is correct. A white, flexible polyvinyl
chloride card serves as the ID (PVC). To conduct our research, we use a
laptop and a computer called Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). If the
PVC card is in good shape, the RFID generates a beeping sound and a
DAY 7 unique registered number in the laptop. It had been a fantastic day for me,
March 31, 2021 and I was overjoyed with my accomplishments. I learned to behave and be
alert if my On-site supervisor called us suddenly, no matter how many
times I sat and waited for him to ask us to do something.

Sir Lloyd has asked for my support in building a prototype for the Saint
Anthony Academy in Quezon City. This blueprint will be used to set up on-
site cabling at the listed school. As a result, I was offered this role. I render
a top view, front view, and back view of a particular school field. A CpE
classmate, Mr. Lubiano, suggests that I use the software/application Edraw

maps, database diagrams, and more in a matter of minutes.

We (Mr. Bajana, Mr. Lubiano, and I) have been entrusted with encoding
the Phil Health records and results. The Philippine Health Insurance
Corporation (PhilHealth) was founded to provide the Philippines with
universal health coverage. It is a tax-exempt, government-owned and
government-controlled corporation (GOCC) that is affiliated with the
Department of Health in the Philippines. Its stated aim is to ensure a long-
DAY 9 term universal health care policy for all.When you, as a member, or your

dependents, require medical attention, PhilHealth comes in handy because
it reduces your medical bills if you're confined in a hospital or have used
certain health services. You must first enroll with PhilHealth in order to
obtain a Philhealth ID. We spent the whole day encoding all of the papers
that were filed in two long plastic envelopes.
Some may laugh at my task of encoding a National Housing Authority
Guideline, but they don't realize that in my chosen course — Bachelor of
Science in Computer Engineering — I've learned a lot of things that aren't
connected. At the same time as I was encoding the NHA Guideline, I was
reading it. As a result, I was able to learn new things as well as words
related to encoding that I was already familiar with. I was given the task of

requests that I print all of the files I encoded as a backup copy of this
