Dear Ma’am/Sir,

Good day!

We are writing this letter to your good office to inform you that we received your letter via email
regarding the payment reminder of unpaid violation/penalty for 2022 unpaid association dues. Our
company has a few questions & concerns to your office regarding our leased land.

The penalty for the violation that you imposed is a big deal for us, however, there are some
questions and concern that should be addressed to your end. Below are some of the details
regarding our questions & concerns:

 Regarding on the penalty you were declaring is not disclosed on our Sublease Agreement.
Have you ever scheduled a conference and explained it to our side before the penalty rates
are imposed? We are pleased to have a sit down meeting for you to attentively know our
opinion and explanation regarding this matter. This problem could be discussed and resolved
through proper discussion before imposing the penalty.

 About 4 months ago, we had a sit down meeting with Ms. Elena regarding the inaccurate land
measurement of Lot 5-E due to unadvised installation of fence & pole on our specified area
with a declared measurement of 1,500 sqm that we are currently renting, Ms. Elena agreed to
measure the said area again but until now nothing happened. However, we have already paid
the rent of the said area.

Due to this situation and continuous inconvenience to our daily business operation, our top
management is imposing a penalty to your management for the 60sqm insufficient land size.
Penalty will be amounting Php 5,000.00 per day plus rental.

 About the additional Association dues, you were already charging us 0.11$ service fee, the
additional 0.11$ is no problem with us if there is a beautification progress on the area done
by your office.

 Regarding on our past and current electricity bills, it is a big issue on us that our electricity
bills are almost double the rate compared to Subic Enerzone rate. We all know that the said
electricity distributor charges less compared to others, what we are expecting is that our
electricity consumption will be lower than regular rate because the said distributor has a
different charge for business establishments like ours.
 About a year ago, we requested to your good office regarding the installation of our
signboard located at Lot 3-A but we haven’t heard any update of approval from your end
since we already paid all the dues for Lot 3-A.

 When it comes to health related concern, there is no ventilation on our covered area. The loss
of ventilation in our area affects the health of our workers especially in our time. In the past 6
Months since we wrote to your office regarding on the installation of ventilation in our
covered area but until now we haven’t received any action from you. However, other yards
next to us have been allowed to install ventilation.

 There is a water leak on our building. Since we moved to the area last June 2022, we’re
already experiencing a heavy water leak during rainy season. It affects our daily business
operation, we have nothing else to do because the water from the leak causes flooding in the
yard which affects our works, and our work equipment also got wet. This has caused damage
to our daily operation but we are not charging you damages despite of our continuous
reminder about the concern for 3 months.

 We also had a problem with our water supply in the area. We are paying our consumption on
time but the water supply is not constant.

 We also had a problem with our septic tank, we have been concerning this to your office for
almost 5 months but we haven’t received any action from your end. It affects the daily
operation of the company especially when there is a customer inspection on going.

 Repeatedly requesting to make a water drainage system in front of our yard, so that the
water will not accumulate in the front of the yard.

 Proper installation of fence beside and at the back of the yard.

 Lastly, we also want to dump additional soil at the back of Lot 3-A, because this past rainy
season, the soil was washed away by the water causing mud into the area. It is also better if it
will able to be rolled by a roller(pison) to compact the soil even more, just like what your
management did to other yards. Your office already agreed with this concern but no action is
taken from your management.

We are hoping for your kind consideration that our concerns will be addressed properly to your end.
