LETTER OF COMPLAINT

Subject: Inconvenience caused due to inadequate water supply in Old Breeding

Station Brgy. Ayuti, specifically Estellaville and Recie Eleazar compound.

Madam;

We are the residents of Old Breeding Station Brgy. Ayuti Lucban, Quezon. We would
like to bring to your attention that we have been facing acute shortage of water
supply since March 2023. In fact every member of our locality is disturbed on
account of unavailability of water supply which is the basic need of every human
being. We’ve been complaining for 2 weeks and still there is no concrete action. The
plumbers that you have been sent was being incompetent and not looking for the
main trouble of our complaint. We are also suspecting that the original water
pipeline of our compound has been tapped illegally. We have a private waterline
(Rosing Line) since ages ago that is exclusively for Breeding compound only. We
request that the illegal tapping on our private water pipeline be disconnected. We
request you to look into the matter on a priority basis and take immediate steps to
redress the people’s grievances.

We are looking forward to prompting action in this matter.
