As s part of pre - monsoon activities the Concessionaire is gearing up the

required maintenance activities like cleaning the vent of culverts, drainage and cross
chute drain etc..along the project highway and service road in fast track manner. While
executing the same by Concessionaire and they are meeting a lot practical difficulties at
site in few locations, which is not in their limit to control ike illegal dumping by local
people, toilet waste in drains ,illegal dumping of solid waste etc.., near shoulders of
service road,

Here-with, we enclosed a few site photographs along with chainage for your kind perusal
and ready reference.

In addition to that, it seems that an accumulation of all sorts of waste near cross drain
mouth due to poor maintenance of city corporation.

It is thetefore, we hereby kindly request you to intervene in this matter and you
may please communicate with concern department /officer to tcarry out the necessary
maintenance works in war foot manner for free flow of wster, since expection of
seasonal monsoon in near future.
