Sub: Quotation for Plumbing Consultancy for your upcoming Bungalow Project at Alibag

Dear Ar. Ashish Raut

First, we would like to thank you very much for granting us an opportunity to serve you with our
outstanding services. Following is our most reasonable quote for the above captioned project.
Please refer the attached sheets for our scope of work.

Our consulting fee for Plumbing, Sanitation, and rain water harvesting (if required) would
be Rs 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lac only) Lump-sum; our general practice is to charge on
built-up area, but as the plumbing work is comparatively lower a lump-sum amount is
offered. (VALIDITY OF FEES STRUCTURE IS ONE YEAR)

This includes 5 free visits but travelling, Lodging, Boarding shall be paid extra. Rs. 7,000/-
shall be paid extra to us for any visits thereafter + travelling, Lodging and Boarding.

Mode of Payment:
 20% Advance along with the work order.
 20% Single-line drawing (SLD) approval.
 20% Tender issuance with tender drawings.
 20% Good for construction / Working drawings.
 20% Site supervision / On completion.

Taxes as applicable shall be paid by you; the above charges do not include any liaison with
municipal or civic authorities. Hope the above is found competitive and reasonable enough to
award us this work.
