Respected Sir / Mam,

With due humble request, we the Graduate Junior Engineers working in

Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department in Chamba District want to
constitute an association for representing ourselves on higher grounds. Sir,
there are almost 30 to 50 graduate engineers attached with this department in
the district and working day and night for development and well being of
society during heavy rains, floods and other severe environments.

Sir, we want a No objection certificate for completion of codal

formalities regarding formation of said association. We are highly obliged for
this.
