Dear Sir, My humble submission is that I am Md. Moatur Rahman, employed as

Estimator and Cad Designer in Bay Economic Zone from last 10/2/2023.

The reason for leaving my job is that the office politics of the admin and commercial
branch of the Bay Economic Zone and no Standard Office Procedures regarding work
and staff are not followed. That's why there is no healthy working environment in the
Bay Economic Zone site office. Inhuman mental torture is done to the employees of the
engineering department on various issues. I was forced to leave my job due to lack of
healthy office environment.

Therefore, it is an earnest request to Sir, that by accepting my Resign letter, I seek your
favor in respect of my salary and allowances.
