Subject: Regarding payment of arrear salary for 03 (three) days of September, 2019
Dear Sir,
I am Md. Mahmudur Rahman. At present, I am working with PCT project, and most of the time I stay
at PCT, Chattogram. Unfortunately, I have forgot to authorized my movement in ERP system for 03
days in September, 2019. These 03 days are 03-Sep-2019, 29-Sep-2019 & 30-Sep-2019. As a result,
in my job card of September, 2019, ERP shows me as absence for these 03 days and my salary is
deducted accordingly.

So, I humbly request you to take necessary action, so that I can receive my deducted salary as arrear
and oblige thereby.
