Subject: Application for missed classes and leave of absence

Sir,
With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state that I, Labib Ahsan Rhythm, am a
student of your esteemed department, BBA-General (Batch 2016). Due to being in the final
round of prestigious business competition Unilever BizMaestros, I have been unable to attend a
few classes in October (first three weeks). I also humbly request for a pardon and a leave of
absence from 28th to 30th October (3 days) to competently participate in the aforementioned
competition with the fullest commitment and representing our esteemed university.

Since a lot of my classes were unavoidably missed and are to be missed, this puts me in the risk
of falling into the non-collegiate or dis-collegiate list.

I therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to understand my situation and oblige
me thereby.
