noticed with respect to Hired vehicle provided for DEE/MRT/Ananthapuramu-
Poor Performance of the Vehicle Arrangement—Reg

It is to submit that vide ref cited, vehicle was provided for official use of
DEE/MRT/Ananthapuramu. However the following inconsistencies were noticed:
1) The vehicle owner has not arranged a regular driver and is arranging driver as and
when camp is planned. It is noticed on multiple occasions that the drivers thus
arranged are not coming on time which is causing inconvenience in attending
emergencies and periodical maintenance on time.
2) The vehicle owner response is also not timely. Hence during the time of emergencies,
other sub-division vehicles were utilized.
3) Inspite of instructing multiple times to mend the ways, the vehicle owner seems to
have paying no heed and thus is causing quite inconvenience.

In view of the above said reasons, it is requested to terminate the vehicle agreement until
a new vehicle is arranged
