Vide reference cited the DPRE Khammam has submitted monthly routine inspection
reports for maintenance attended prior to 01.04.2020 for the following works requesting for
permission to make payment on eMarg.

On verification of the reports following are observed.

1) It is noticed that these are old bills which are due for payment but submitted beyond
stipulated time limit. In order to ensure timely maintenance and payment of bills dead line
of date 28.02.2021 is fixed to clear all pending bills.
2) DLP is over for the works SI.No. 1. 2 84 and the DLP period due for lapsed for the Si.No.
3 by August, 2021
3) The NQM has inspectedtheworks SI. No. 1& 2 and has given 'U Grading in
maintenance aspect whether the remarks of the NQM attended or not is not mentioned in

the letter.
4) The DPRE is now submitted the maintenance bills requesting for permission for payment
of lately submitted bils.
In this regard the DPRE Khammam is requested to submit the following for taking further
action in the matter.
1) Justifications for not paying the bills (for each bil) during the period of execution and
during 01-04-2020 to 28-02-2021 within the deadline given by NRIDA.

2) A certificate for payment of old bills to approve through eMarg login, the respective
shall submit the certificate as prescribed in the letter No. NRRDA-P014(14)/17/2020-Dir(P
DNE O 373764) Dt. 05-02-2021 of he Director (P-1). NRIDA.
3) Submit the bills to the ENC Iogin duly attending latest Routine Inspection and completing
the Performance Evaluation in the PIU in-charge login through emarg immediately.
4) Status of ATR on U' grading given by NQM for the works at S.No. 1 8& 2.

Further it is to inform that it is the responsibility of the field engineers to ensure the proper
maintenance of the works during the DLP by the Contractor as per SBD conditions. If any delay
is observed in future routine inspection and performance evaluation in making paymenton
eMarg. concerned field engineers will be held responsible and necessary action will be initiated
against the defaulters
The Superintending Engineer, PR, khammam and DPRE, PR, Khammam are requested
to furnish the above information immediately and ensure all the old bills are cleared at the
earliest.
