So, what is next?

The next step is to select high converting CPA offer related to the niche that
you have identified in phase 1.

For instance, if you decide to work in the “auto insurance” niche, then using
the techniques that I am going to show you shortly, you select high converting
“auto insurance” CPA offer.

So, let’s get started.

First, let me show you the golden rules of CPA offer selection:

Rules for selecting Profitable CPA offer

Rule #1- The CPA offer should be Relevant

This is self explanatory by itself.

Select CPA offer related to the niche that you have identified in phase 1.

Rule #2 - The CPA Offer Should Allow PPV traffic

You need to check the terms of the CPA offer you are going to run. Do not run
offers that don’t allow PPV/Contextual/Pop-up traffic.

You have to see what forms of promotion are allowed for the offers. Terms like
“adware”, “contextual”, “downloadable software or DLS” is an indication that
PPV/CPV traffic is allowed.

Rule #3 - Make sure that your CPA offer page looks
good in a 750×550 window

If you are direct linking you CPA offer, make sure that your CPA offer page is
suitable for PPV traffic. For instance, in media traffic the pop up ad size is 750
X 550. So make sure that the offer page directly fits.

Rule #4 - The CPA offer should have High


Conversion Rate

There are two powerful methods to identify high converting CPA


offer;

Method 1: Profitable Offer Spotting Method.

This method is highly efficient and it is carried out based on analysis

of certain points. It will show you how to select CPA offers which are

easy to complete ( which requests less number of information ,

consisting of not more than 2 pages ( 1 page offers are the most

suitable) , preferable if they are pay-per-lead/lead gen offers which

do not ask for credit card , compelling , etc) .

Method 2: Ask affiliate managers for high converting offers

related to your niche.

Which one is the best method? The best method is the

combination of both methods. So, I highly recommend that you master

and coordinate both the methods so as to get the most success.

Here is how you coordinate the two methods:

1. First, Ask affiliate manager for a list of high converting CPA offers

related to your niche .The CPA offers should also allow PPV traffic.

Get as many as possible.

2. Once you get high converting CPA offers from the affiliate manger,

filter the offers based on offer spotting method and pick only PPV

friendly CPA offers.

I also want to make one point very clear.

Pay-per-lead/lead gen offers are the most suitable type of offers for PPV

traffic. So, I highly recommend that you focus on such kinds of offers.

The payout of such kinds of offers is a lot bigger than most of ZIP/e-

mail submit offers and they are easy to convert as compared to other

types of offers such as free trial offers.

Simply stated, either use Lead Gen Offers or high payout E-

mail/ZIP submit offers.

These rules are Must. If you miss any of these rules, you will most
probably fail. So, pay attention to the rules.

Create a Test Campaign
Test, Track and Optimize a
New Campaign for 500 URLs
and One PPV Network

OK, now you come to the most important point - testing.

Just to remind you …

Successful marketing is all about Testing to find out the winner


and scaling based on the winning result.

So, if you want to run highly successful and safe PPV advertisement campaign,
you need to create a small test campaign.

You have to make a test on a very small number of URLs and for very small
daily budget. And, you need to test it until you get enough information about
the performance of your campaign.

“You are going to create a small test campaign on a single


PPV network and you are going to bid only on 500 URLs. As
to the CPA offers, you will use 5 CPA offers and you will
rotate them using URL rotator”.

Finally, after you get enough information about the test, you are going to scale
the winners and remove the losers based on the techniques which will be
discussed in the next chapters.

But, before you create a test campaign, you need to Get Ready.

Organize and Get Ready
There are some preparations that you need to make before you create a test
campaign

1. Join One Good PPV network , I recommend Media Traffic

2. Get Ready With Reliable Tracking Tool

3. Prepare 5 CPA Offers, including a Rotator

4. Collect 500 URLs

5. You Don’t Necessarily Need Landing Page

Let me clarify…

1. Join Good PPV network

As it has been noted earlier you are going to use PPV advertising to drive
highly targeted traffic to your CPA offer.

Warning: As there are lots of bad sites which work based on CPV
advertisement model, you need to select only effective once.

And, during testing, you are going to use only one PPV network.

The idea is…

First, you are going to test a new campaign on a single PPV network. Once you
fully test and optimize the campaign you scale it based on the techniques that
I am going to show you in the coming section.

So, just go and join only 1 PPV network.

I highly recommend that you start with media traffic.

So, I recommend that you start with media traffic.

But, one thing that you need to know is once you sign up, you need to wait
some time for approval.

2. Get Ready With Reliable Tracking Tool

OK…

Warning: This is critical.

If you cannot test and track, do not play the PPV game.

Test, test, and test – This is the difference between success and failure in PPV.
If you cannot track, you will never win the PPV game.

Believe it or not PPV Marketing is all about testing and tracking.

I cannot emphasize more. This is a must.

So, before you start testing a new campaign, you have to get ready with your

i. You need a rotator which is used to rotate the CPA offers

Please remember that, PPV/CPV advertisement networks allow targeting your


audiences mostly with Keywords and URLs.

But, what I found the most effective is targeting your campaign through Sites
or URLs.

So, if you really want to effectively exploit the power of PPV and make huge
commission with CPA offers, the next thing that you need to do is collect
URLs to bid.

Please, note that, just for the sake of testing, you are going to collect around
500 high search volume and targeted

Be aware that this step is the most critical part that needs your attention. If
you don’t do this the right way, everything will fail.

two critical points.

That is, The URLs you collect should fulfill the following criteria: -

1. High or moderate volume

2. Highly targeted

Now, based on the above key point points, let’s pick profitable URLs.

Remember that you are going to use the search engine, Google, to find these
URLs.

Here is a simple technique used to collect highly targeted URLs using Google.

1. First , identify 40 – 50 highly targeted keywords related to your CPA

offer

2. Once you identify the keywords, collect 500 URLs using the search

engine, Google.

Now, let’s start…

Just put keyword related to your CPA offer into Google Adwords Keyword
Suggestion Tool.

Let’s take “auto insurance”.

Now, use Google Adwords suggestion tool to search what people are searching

URL Collection Step #2 – Use the above keywords to


collect 500 URLs using Google

Once you identify highly targeted keywords related to your offer, collect 500
URLs using Google.

Make sure that you select both organic and sponsored search results .You also
need to focus only in first page of the search engine results page.

This step is very easy …

Go to Google and search for the targeted keywords one by one

And manually copy organic and sponsored search results for each keyword.

Remember that you are going to use only the first page results of the search
engine results page during testing.

Tip: Just to make things easier, automate this task by using the following

5. You Don’t Necessarily Need Landing Page

Please note that with the method that I am going to teach, you don’t
necessarily need landing page. You can use direct linking method and make
lots of money. This is really the fastest way to get commission with CPA offers.

Believe me, it works well.

As the opportunity for PPV is huge, you can make descent amount of money,
even without using landing page.

But, don’t get me wrong, if you find high converting CPA offers which are not
suitable for direct linking, use landing page.

If you use landing page make sure that your landing page looks good in a
750×550 window.

Let’s recap…

As I told you, with my system, it is not obligatory to use landing pages, but
highly recommended especially for CPA offers which are not good for 750x550
window.

Create and Set New Campaign Property
Once you are ready and organized everything, you have to create and set new
PPV campaign.

Setting your campaign is very critical and it will allow you to reach your
audience effectively and make the most money. So, make sure that you set
your campaign properly.

Now, let’s start creating and setting a new campaign in Media Traffic.

Important points that you need to be


careful are:
1. The Right Campaign Targeting Option
Whenever you create a new campaign, make sure that you select the first
option which is highly targeted.

This is very critical, because if you select the other options, your marketing
budget will be drained quickly and most of the traffic you get will be
untargeted.

So, make sure that you choose the first option.

A $10/day budget is decent for testing a new campaign. So make sure that you
set your daily campaign $10/day.

3. Targeting the Right Country


Targeting your campaign for the right Country is one of the main areas that
you need to take care, because it has a great impact on your campaign
performance.

Therefore, it is strongly recommended to set your campaign for the right


country targeting so as to get highly targeted traffic to your CPA offers.

Be aware that most CPA offers are available for US audiences. So, you need to
set your PPV targeting options to US.

Do not get me wrong, there are some CPA offers which are available for
Canada, UK, Australia, etc. So, make sure that you set your campaign to the
right country targeting based on the availability of your CPA offer.

4. Destination URL
As you are going to use direct linking in your campaign, the destination URL
will be the URL to your affiliate link.

But, you are going to use URL rotator link just to test and identify the best
performing offer, out of 5 CPA offers selected in the previous steps. At the
same time, you will track your results through tracking tool. So make sure that
you use the right destination URL taking into consideration the points
mentioned above.

Now, it is time to enter the 500 URLs collected in the previous steps.

6. Target Pass-through
In Media traffic, tracking URLs is very simple. When your campaign is
created, simply go to the “Modify” section under Targets and select the
“Target Pass-through” option.

To use Prosper to track conversions on PPV campaigns, all you need to do is


usually check the tick box that says “Target Pass-through”.

7. Type of Ad – Use Pop-up
I have tested all types of ads and I have found that “Pop up” type ads perform
very well as compared to pop-under ads.

So, make sure you advertise your CPA offers through pop ads.

8. Bid for the First Position


Remember that you are setting your campaign just for testing how your URLs,
targeting and CPA offer work. So, you need to get traffic quickly. The best way
to do this is by bidding for the first position.

But, be aware that bidding on some URLs is highly expensive. For such kinds
of URLs, you do not need to bid for the first position.

Bid for the first position, if the existing advertisers are bidding low.

Once you set your campaign properly, you should launch it.

Remember that you are going to run your campaign only on 500 URLs and
single advertisement network.

You can use direct linking your CPA offers. But, if you can’t find CPA offers
which are good for 750x550 window, make sure to use your own landing page
which is suitable for 750x550 window.

The most important thing that you need to be aware is tracking. It is VERY
important that you track everything so as to identify the best converting URLs

Now, you come to the most important point that will make a huge impact on
your success.

If you really want to get high surge of targeted traffic quickly and easily, you
need to bid on large number of URLs.

Unless you use massive and targeted URLs, you will not enjoy the real benefits
of PPV. So, I highly recommend that you collect as many targeted URLs as
possible.

But, there is one point that I want to make very clear …

To collect huge number of URLs manually is not only tedious, but ineffective.
So, I highly recommend that you use URL scrapping tools to collect as many
targeted URLs as possible.

And, the good news is that there are lots of methods and tools used to collect
highly targeted URLs for your PPV campaign.

Let’s see them one by one …

URL Scrapping Method #1: URL


Snipping Method
During testing, in step #3 , you have collected only 500 high volume and
highly targeted URLs.

Now, you are going to use the same method as step #3. The only difference is
you will extract large volume of highly targeted URLs using the three biggest
search engines Google, yahoo and Bing.

You will use the same method as step #3 :

1. First, Identify as many targeted keywords as possible which are related

to your CPA offer
